Executive branding—strategy through execution—for EY Partners.

Ernst & Young wanted to give partners Kris Pederson and Gregg Sutherland a powerful platform to launch into board service. We worked with them in a one-day intensive to hone in on their personal and professional goals and create a positioning strategy (complete with a toolbox of tangible materials) to help them reach those goals, fast.


What we did:

Building a better working world for women

Ernst & Young partner Kris Pedersen worked with COMMIT to build a personal brand strategy as she looked towards retirement and anticipated board work a few years away. We helped Kris hone in on her mission around getting more women on boards. We collaboratively crafted a strategy, action plan, and tangible toolbox to build her place in thought leadership when entering this new chapter of her career. Kris is now positioned to place greater focus on her mission, beginning with the launch of the Emeritae Alumnae Group for women timing off of the board at Harvard Business School.

Ernst & Young partner Gregg Sutherland worked with COMMIT to build his personal brand as he moved into retirement and board work. We helped him identify his personal brand strategy, the unique value he brings to a board, and zeroed in on what boards inspire him to make an impact. Gregg received a tangible toolbox of branded content that allowed him to make the seamless transition into board work and retirement.
