  • Hallie Easley, Founder & CEO

    Creative Direction & Strategy

    Hallie co-founded COMMIT in 2018, seeing a need for a different kind of creative offering for entrepreneurs and organizations. She brings imagination, big ideas and a global perspective and offers a way of working that’s truly unique in the industry, boldly launching businesses and initiatives into the world in a day or a week.

    Hallie creates order and forward motion for innovators. A decade of strategy and visual storytelling work for the Ford Foundation, the Whole Foods Market foundation, and the Synergos Institute gives Hallie extensive international experience leading projects in Central America, all regions of Africa, the Middle East and North America. She also worked on NBC's Late Night With Jimmy Fallon!

  • Evan Sargent, Brand Strategist

    Brand Strategy & Creative Direction

    Evan is an intuitive creative director, strategist, and designer with a knack for seeing the big picture and a love for co-creating in the moment. Her background includes over a decade as an art director and creative director in advertising, where she developed and implemented national integrated campaigns (print, tv, digital and more) for Chase, Marriott, Chevron, and other iconic brands at many of NYC’s top ad agencies. Today her passion is helping people and organizations with world-changing ideas get their work out into the world quickly, effectively and beautifully. Evan is a Co-Founder of Commit and is currently the CEO of Leap Year. She works with us a strategic advisor and brand strategist.

  • Sebastian Dybowski, Graphic Designer

    Graphic Design

    Sebastian takes a minimalistic and straightforward approach to design. His work’s style focuses on solving design problems in a hyper-efficient timeline. His experience ranges from web / digital branding to packaging, publication, and print media. Sebastian’s recognizable design style takes projects from inception to completion in the most effective way possible, all within the scope and scale of the client’s needs. Sebastian graduated from DePaul University in Chicago with a BFA in graphic design. He is an avid artist and has been sketching and drawing since childhood.

    Leah creates progressive public relations strategies for the modern media landscape. For over a decade in NYC, Leah has helmed her own strategic PR consultancy, earning a reputation for crafting vibrant, powerfully targeted media campaigns with a multi-faceted approach to press coverage. From The New York Times to The New Yorker, VOGUE to Good Morning America, Leah has amassed a stellar portfolio of dynamic press campaigns that result in high-impact media exposure.

    Fatema is known for her timeless and minimalistic design style. She likes to combine strategy, style and function to create meaningful & effective solutions. With a background in advertising, Fatema has expertise seeing projects through from concept to execution, and loves to push the creative boundaries of what is achievable.

    Business Strategy, Process & Talent

    Marnie is a passionate business operations leader who has built and managed high performing teams in the media, advertising and digital spaces. Her experience cuts across enterprises such as Meta, Publicis Groupe, Showtime Networks and Forbes as well as startups in their nascency through venture backing.

    Her portfolios have included top-tier B2B/B2C clients in pharma, retail, technology and non-profit. This includes Pfizer, Nike, American Express, Diageo, Samsung, Estée Lauder, Kroger and AARP.

    With an underlying goal to drive tangible results and outcomes, she leads and translates the strategic vision of key areas in a company - business development, revenue growth, organizational design, talent, and process. Marnie’s role is to ensure these frameworks are delivered in the most efficient, collaborative, timely and cost-effective way.

  • Nat Wilkins, Product & Marketing

    Product & Marketing Strategy

    Nathaniel is a business strategist with specializations in company leadership, marketing and product management. With two decades of experience spanning public companies on Madison Avenue as well as early stage startups and nonprofits, Nat believes in the power of user science to inform marketing and product management decisions, that great teams learn to fail fast, and that strategy isn’t worth much without effective execution.

    The crux of Nat’s approach is based on user empathy - the study of seeing problems through the eyes of users. As an experienced Chief Product Officer and head of marketing, Nat is able to architect, analyze and improve the performance of complete customer ecosystems from the first moment of awareness to the nurturing of hardcore super-users that provide companies with exponential rewards.

    Nat’s startup track record includes serving as a company President and creating a product that closed $5MM in VC funding within its first year of existence. Nat is passionate about helping clients solve interesting challenges and enjoys training and mentoring teams to think strategically and work effectively.

  • Josh Hartman, Web Developer

    Web Development

    Josh is a software developer & Webflow Professional Partner who is easy to work with while delivering high-quality results. Often, the software development process can be frightening for those unfamiliar, but Josh ensures that projects are executed in the smoothest & most efficient way possible.

    When not working with COMMIT, Josh heads his own development agency, eklipse, where he works with tech start-ups & enterprise firms alike to develop their digital products. Josh earned his Bachelor's of Science degree from Drexel University in 2018.

  • Erica Schroeder, Photographer

    Erica is an NYC based photographer who shoots product and lifestyle imagery for brands that you likely know, as well as for amazing small businesses and entrepreneurs. Whether it’s food, products, portraits, or events, the common denominator is she approaches all of her subjects with a documentary eye. Her images have been seen in Forbes, Marie Claire, CNBC, Serious Eats, Dwell, Apartment Therapy, Architectural Digest, Popsugar, Modern Luxury - Manhattan Magazine, The Daily Meal, BBC Travel, MyDomaine, Travel + Leisure, New York Times, Fodor's Travel, and National Geographic Traveler.

  • Aura Lewis, Illustrator

    Aura Lewis is an author-illustrator and designer with an MFA from the School of Visual Arts in New York City. She is inspired by fashion from around the world, playful color, vintage design and popular culture. Aura’s work is featured in her award-winning books for children and adults, stationery, ad campaigns, editorial publications, and on tv in the title sequence for the FX show Mrs. America.
